The position involves managing assigned customer accounts on an ongoing basis, engaging with a diverse network of stakeholders to gain deeper insights into their unique needs and tailored solutions. Responsibilities include delivering service through troubleshooting, providing technical guidance, identifying corrective actions, resolving product or application issues, recommending suitable product applications, and maintaining dosing systems and control equipment. Success will be measured by coordinating service visits and generating required reports for each account and application area to ensure compliance with high cleaning and hygiene standards. The role demands strong market intelligence capabilities to analyze both customer demands and competitive dynamics.

Provide expert account management and continuous service, support, and sales growth for assigned accounts within the designated region. Conduct targeted prospecting to identify opportunities across existing products, new offerings, and innovative solutions, including enhancements in sustainability and operational efficiency—such as reductions in water, energy, and chemical consumption—as well as food safety solutions where applicable.

Monitor and track performance for designated accounts and assigned regional accounts using specialized tools, including Sales Funnels, quarterly reports, market share analysis, and additional reports as requested by central stakeholders and management. Additionally, identify opportunities to expand business with current customers through the introduction of new SKUs and innovative solutions, as well as by targeting new potential customers.

Grow revenue within the Lodging Sector by uncovering and evaluating opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as expanding business with existing clients through tailored product and application recommendations. Additionally, compile and submit monthly sales reports along with stock level assessments.

To gain a comprehensive grasp of the local market, competitive landscape, and ongoing industry activities, conduct thorough analyses and report on competitors’ actions as well as unmet customer demands. Additionally, identify and assess customers’ critical requirements with a focus on product application.

The successful candidate will perform or facilitate regular and repair dosing procedures, as well as maintenance of dosing control equipment in accordance with specified requirements. Additionally, the role involves providing technical training to customer personnel on the proper operation of dosing control equipment to ensure optimal performance. The incumbent will collaborate closely with customer staff to ensure accurate dispensing of Diverse chemicals, achieving superior results in alignment with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Product Information Sheets (PIS) through dual verification processes.

The successful candidate will maintain comprehensive records of all dosing activities and related control equipment across designated accounts. These records will encompass detailed service reports. Additionally, the role involves overseeing all Planned Maintenance Schedules and addressing customer breakdowns in accordance with agreed-upon timelines.

Respond promptly to customer dosing and performance emergencies, ensuring resolution in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within your designated jurisdiction.

Crafting a sustainable funnel for cleaning machines requires close collaboration with sector leads to align Task’s marketing strategies with market needs and execution plans.

Provide assistance to the Accounts Receivable team in managing cash collections while maintaining seamless account operations.
