Tailored for those with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or related disciplines, this initiative aims to cultivate a career path in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
You will be responsible for overseeing key operational functions, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, identify process improvements, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to address challenges and foster productive working relationships.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems to uphold the safety and security of the premises at all times. Ensure all incidents are documented and reported with precision and immediacy.
Support the Security team by contributing to daily operations and ensuring adherence to compliance procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality and consistently uphold established company standards.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with up to two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. A certification, diploma, or degree in security-related fields is required.
Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and IT handling
Highly principled and meticulous with a steadfast commitment to established procedures, this role demands exceptional collaboration and clear, concise communication abilities.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, comprising a base salary alongside performance-based bonuses. The position offers a monthly net salary of KES 15,000.
