Professional experience in voice-based customer support within a call center or BPO environment is required.

Fluent and articulate communication in English, both verbally and in writing, paired with a high degree of empathy, enables the ability to accurately discern and address customer needs with precision and responsiveness.

Proven proficiency in leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues through systematic analysis and solution-driven approaches.
