Leverage key account relationships to accelerate business expansion while enhancing brand equity within designated territories.

Drive revenue growth and exceed sales volume, operating income, and profitability targets across the full range of beverages and fresh produce offerings within assigned retail partnerships.

Formulate and implement comprehensive annual business strategies tailored to designated Key Account chains.

Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners.

By upholding optimal stock levels across all accounts and stores, maintaining precise SKU performance tracking, and delivering dependable sales forecasts, demand planning accuracy is ensured.

Oversee prompt collection of accounts receivable from designated Key Accounts, ensuring adherence to mutually agreed-upon trading terms.

Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts with the objective of enhancing brand visibility, fostering consumer engagement, and ensuring adherence to trade pricing standards.

Responsibilities include managing third-party merchandising and sales agencies, with a focus on conducting routine performance assessments to uphold service quality standards.

Leverage Sales Automation and CRM tools to enhance account management, reporting accuracy, and overall sales performance.

Spearhead the development and launch of innovative product listings while ensuring their triumphant introduction into the marketplace across your designated accounts.

Examine, endorse, and authorize annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field—such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics—or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must possess at least three years of professional experience in software development, systems engineering, or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is mandatory, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices is also required.

A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (ideally with a Marketing specialization), or a relevant discipline is required.

With a minimum of five to seven years of sales expertise, including at least three years dedicated to key account management within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, you will bring a wealth of relevant experience to this role.

A valid and clean driving license must be held, accompanied by a minimum of three years of uninterrupted driving experience.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, with a demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and the creation of precise, well-reasoned reports.
