Facilitate business expansion and enhance brand value within designated Key Accounts to drive sustained growth and market presence.
Achieve predetermined sales volume, revenue, and operating income benchmarks for the entire range of beverages and fresh produce offerings across specified retail chains.
Formulate and implement comprehensive annual business strategies for designated Key Account chains.
Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners.
Ensure the precision of demand planning by upholding ideal inventory levels across all accounts and store locations, tracking SKU performance metrics, and delivering dependable sales projections.
Oversee the prompt collection of accounts receivable from designated Key Accounts while ensuring adherence to mutually agreed-upon trading terms.
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts with the goal of enhancing brand visibility, fostering consumer engagement, and ensuring adherence to trade pricing policies.
Responsible for supervising third-party merchandising and sales agencies, with a focus on conducting consistent performance evaluations to uphold service excellence.
Leverage Sales Automation and CRM platforms to enhance account management, reporting capabilities, and overall sales performance.
Spearhead the development of innovative product listings and orchestrate seamless market launches across designated accounts.
Oversee the review, authorization, and finalization of annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for the role. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable position. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is mandatory, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and the capacity to work effectively in collaborative environments. Familiarity with current industry trends and best practices is also expected.
A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (ideally with a Marketing specialization), or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of five to seven years of proven sales expertise, including at least three years dedicated to key account management within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting, candidates should demonstrate a strong track record of success in this dynamic field.
A valid driver’s license in good standing, coupled with at least three years of uninterrupted driving experience, is required.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and the creation of precise, insightful reports.
