What You’ll Do
Coordinating the inbound and outbound flow of vehicles and mobility assets across OEMs, warehouses, dealers, and retail outlets, including the transfer and reconciliation of number plates.
Delivering shipments on schedule, facilitating interbranch transfers, and managing asset returns, the role prioritizes efficient and timely distribution while optimizing cost-effectiveness.
Overseeing and coordinating corporate taxi services—such as Little Cab, airport transfers, car hire arrangements, and related vendor payments—ensures seamless operations and efficient financial management.
Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting daily stock movements, as well as assisting with monthly stock counts and reconciliation procedures.

Ensuring compliance with approved transport, fleet, and safety policies is essential for all logistics operations. This includes verifying that drivers, riders, and vehicles possess valid licenses, insurance, and required statutory documents prior to deployment.
Facilitates the preparation and maintenance of precise, current records to assist with incident reporting, audits, and compliance assessments.
