The Elementary School Homeroom Teaching Assistant plays a pivotal role in enhancing student learning, well-being, and classroom efficiency by partnering closely with teachers, delivering instructional support, and actively participating in supervision and student mentorship. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required. Proficiency in specific software or tools pertinent to the role is necessary. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.

A recognized diploma or degree in Education is required for this position.

Preferred candidates will possess Special Education certification or relevant training.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience supporting students and partnering with educators is required.

Proficient English speaker possessing robust mathematical, literacy, and communication capabilities.

Proficient in utilizing technology and navigating online applications with ease.
