Engaging actively in the Institution’s ongoing medical education initiatives, research projects, and innovation efforts.
Offering constructive feedback to the Internship Coordinator, Internship Supervisors, the Institution, and the Council regarding the progress of internship training, aimed at enhancing the overall quality of the program.
The position necessitates a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, along with proficiency in industry-standard software applications. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication abilities are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required.
Holders of an MB ChB degree from a medical school accredited by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) are eligible to apply.
Obtain an active Internship License granted by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) to qualify for this position.
Holds a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
PALS, ATLAS, and ACLS certifications would be advantageous for this role.
Documented completion of an elective term at an accredited medical facility is required.
Proven expertise in Information and Communication Technology is required, encompassing both theoretical understanding and practical application.
