Oversee primary duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational objectives forward. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure adherence to established policies and industry regulations. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement corrective measures to optimize efficiency and achieve predefined targets. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, allocating resources effectively and mitigating potential risks. Serve as a liaison between senior management and staff, fostering transparent communication and aligning team efforts with broader company goals.

Facilitate the gathering of data to support monitoring and evaluation initiatives across all thematic programs, projects, and operational departments.

Ensure the precision and reliability of data to facilitate robust monitoring and evaluation of the institution’s strategic objectives.

Assist with evaluating data to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments.

Assist with maintaining and updating the Reporting Matrix to accurately reflect the progress of multiple projects within the ERP system.

Assist in compiling and preparing reports by analyzing collected data, while monitoring the progress and performance of programs, projects, and functional departments to ensure alignment with institutional strategic objectives.

Ensure that outcomes and impacts derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions are presented with clarity and coherence.

Execute additional duties as necessary from time to time.

We seek candidates who demonstrate a robust set of proficient skills and meet the requisite qualifications to excel in this role. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable position. Strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline is required.

Analytical proficiency and advanced competence in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report composition are essential.

Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively through both spoken and written channels.

Demonstrated capacity to operate autonomously while effectively prioritizing and executing a diverse range of assignments.

Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems specifically for managing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) data is considered a valuable asset.
