Seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, complemented by specialized training or certifications where applicable. Proficiency in key technical tools, software, or methodologies is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline is required.
