Overseeing and executing a range of critical duties, the position entails managing comprehensive project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to stringent deadlines, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities encompass analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights, implementing strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and maintaining rigorous compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Additionally, the role involves leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform evaluations focused on gender dynamics, social inclusivity, and disability considerations.

Conduct an assessment to determine factors limiting engagement and propose strategies to enhance inclusivity.

Integrate Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (DESI) principles, as well as disability inclusion, into all project activities and processes to ensure equitable participation and outcomes.

Design and implement comprehensive inclusion strategies and action plans, along with the creation of practical tools to support their execution.

Conduct training and capacity-building initiatives for staff and stakeholders to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Assist in the creation of monitoring frameworks that prioritize gender and disability sensitivity.

Compose detailed reports and strategic recommendations to enhance the development of inclusive programming initiatives.

Seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, complemented by specialized training or certifications where applicable. Proficiency in key technical tools, software, or methodologies is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while adhering to strict deadlines. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is highly desirable.

A degree in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline is required.

Demonstrated expertise in promoting Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (DESI) alongside disability inclusion is essential.

Conducted comprehensive assessments, led interactive training sessions, and designed strategic initiatives to foster inclusion, leveraging expertise in program evaluation, adult learning principles, and diversity, equity, and inclusion frameworks.

Analytical prowess, effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to produce comprehensive reports are essential.

Proficiency in managing donor-funded or development initiatives is highly beneficial.
