The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of professional experience in a similar position, demonstrating strong analytical skills and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Additionally, excellent communication abilities are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards. The successful applicant will also be responsible for identifying process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A recognized professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or an equivalent credential is highly desirable.
Seeking a candidate with three to five years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, regulatory adherence, internal audit processes, or internal control systems, or in an equivalent governance-related capacity.
Industry Background: Candidates with prior experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations are strongly preferred.
A strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing is required. Additionally, familiarity with anti-fraud regulations, data protection, labor law, health and safety protocols, and financial controls is essential.
Requires adept computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet management, reporting tools, and fundamental data analysis.
