Responsibilities include the precise processing of payments, meticulous balancing of cash drawers, and the issuance of receipts to ensure accurate financial transactions.
Craft distinctive signature cocktails and play a key role in developing seasonal drink offerings.
Ensure strict adherence to all licensing regulations, responsible alcohol service protocols, and established company policies.
Requires a minimum of five years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least two years in a managerial role, preferably within the technology sector. Must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders. A demonstrated track record of successfully leading campaigns, optimizing budgets, and achieving measurable results is highly valued. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, and an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are advantageous. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is preferred.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage, or Mixology is required.
Established expertise in bartending and mixology within a resort, restaurant, or bar setting is required.
The individual should possess a comprehensive understanding of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits, including their production methods, flavor profiles, and appropriate serving techniques.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with a proven aptitude for fostering collaborative relationships, are essential.
