Prepare beverages by combining ingredients, adding garnishes, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and individual guest requests.
Engage with guests in a manner that combines warmth, professionalism, and a strong understanding of our products to deliver exceptional service; actively suggest beverages and promote premium selections to enhance their experience.
Monitor stock levels to track inventory status, initiate replenishment requests as needed, and maintain proper storage conditions for spirits, mixers, and garnishes to ensure availability and quality.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards within the bar area, ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and full compliance with all relevant health regulations.
Process payments with precision, reconcile cash drawers, and provide receipts to customers.
Craft unique signature cocktails and collaborate on the development of seasonal beverage offerings.
Ensure adherence to all licensing regulations, responsible alcohol service protocols, and established company policies.
Qualifications
Holders of a professional certificate or diploma in hospitality, food and beverage management, or mixology are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated expertise in bartending and mixology within a resort, restaurant, or bar setting is required.
Proficient in crafting a wide range of cocktail recipes, as well as possessing extensive familiarity with wine, beer, and spirits.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven capability to thrive in high-pressure and rapidly evolving work settings.
