The Role

Collaborate with external service providers to create tailored designs and artwork for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies spanning multiple media platforms and advertising avenues to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Conduct comprehensive market intelligence and research initiatives to ascertain COBS’s requirements and subsequently design tailored product solutions in response.
Thoroughly oversee cost management initiatives while consistently evaluating market competition to identify and implement industry-leading practices for new business ventures.
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, exceeding the company’s established Service Level Agreements to ensure outstanding support experiences.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
A recognized university bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in sales, marketing, management, customer service, or a comparable field.
Proficient in computer applications with comprehensive expertise in a wide range of banking products.
Skilled communicator possessing robust analytical and presentation abilities, adept at thriving within diverse, collaborative team settings.
Results-driven professional with a proven history in networking, sales, and stakeholder influence, coupled with a keen ability to uncover and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
