Responsible for meticulously screening, processing, and validating trade products—both through manual review and electronic systems—adhering to the established delegated matrix guidelines.

Handling documentary collections and bills for both import and export transactions is required.

Documentary Credits, commonly referred to as Letters of Credit, encompass both import and export transactions, serving as vital financial instruments in international trade to mitigate payment risks between buyers and sellers.

Guarantees comprehensive coverage for both inward and outward transactions, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards while mitigating financial risks.

Trade Loans Specialists evaluate and process trade finance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. They analyze creditworthiness, structure financing solutions, and mitigate risks associated with international trade. Collaborating with clients, relationship managers, and risk assessment teams, they facilitate smooth transactions while maintaining accurate documentation. Proficiency in trade finance regulations, financial analysis, and documentation is essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills to handle complex deals efficiently.

The bank processes and approves applications for various programs, including FCC, FCR, IBEX, PANGAEA, CORONA, GEMS, TPS, VPP, OCR, and SFI, as necessary.

Reviewing export and import documentation strictly adheres to the latest International Chamber of Commerce regulations and the designated trade delegation framework.

Ensure that all discrepancies are identified and rectified within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.

Daily verification of liability accounts must be conducted to confirm accuracy and consistency.

Ensure the precise collection of income according to the current or approved tariff and promptly notify the Trade front office team of any delays.

Ensure timely processing of STFC releases in accordance with established deadlines.

As needed, you will oversee reporting obligations for various stakeholders, such as Finance and Financial Intelligence (FI) teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required information.

We handle transactions involving dealers as necessary, ensuring all required interactions are managed with precision and efficiency.

Daily execution and analysis of reports generated through systems such as FCC, FCR, Qlik View, and Jasper.

Daily processing of Incoming Swifts, Failed Swifts, Diaries, memos, Failed Payments, expired agreements, pending transactions, and COSTCO reports is required.

Responsibilities include tracking and addressing any reported adverse incidents related to systems or transactions until they are fully resolved.

Effective management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on a timely basis is essential.

Ensure the franking of trade documents as necessary to comply with established procedures and regulatory standards.

The role involves reviewing and validating transactions on the Havana and EGP platforms, specifically those associated with government-related guarantees.

Conduct a thorough examination and promptly address instances of unsuccessful automated guaranteed commission transactions.

Responsibilities include the uploading, verification, and authorization of SFI entries.
