Conduct thorough inspections, perform regular maintenance, and execute repairs for all building infrastructure components, such as plumbing systems, electrical networks, masonry structures, tiling installations, painted surfaces, and gypsum applications.
Diagnose issues related to maintenance expeditiously to mitigate downtime and uphold operational efficiency.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure all building systems are consistently operational and in optimal working condition.
Perform installation and repair tasks across various technical disciplines as needed within the facility.
Address maintenance requests and emergencies with urgency and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize disruption and maintain optimal facility conditions.
Maintain strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, executing repairs, and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal facility conditions.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities performed, ensuring precise record-keeping, and provide detailed reports on completed work alongside any outstanding issues requiring attention.
Oversee the administration and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, encompassing Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, intercoms, wired and wireless networks, as well as data backup solutions.
The ideal candidate must meet the following essential qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role, proficiency in industry-standard software, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of current industry trends and regulatory standards is also necessary to ensure compliance and efficiency in all assigned tasks.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in facility or property maintenance is required.
A diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline is required, with an additional advantage given to candidates holding a CCNA or CCNP certification.
Possesses practical expertise in electrical systems, plumbing installations, masonry work, and general maintenance tasks.
Proficient in information and communications technology, with a strong aptitude for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in problem-solving and communication, with a keen ability to analyze challenges and convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Highly attentive to detail and exceptionally organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and maintain meticulous accuracy in all tasks.
