Strath more School is currently seeking a dedicated and highly qualified educator to fill the position with Mathematics and Science & Technology teacher within its Lower Primary division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing students in Grades 1 through 3, with a primary focus on Mathematics while also teaching Science and Technology.

We seek a candidate who demonstrates deep subject expertise alongside a sincere commitment to educating young learners and the skill to create dynamic, developmentally suitable lessons.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to assess progress and drive data-informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between departments, stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate seamless communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accountability. Craft and instruct engaging, high-quality Mathematics and Science & Technology lessons tailored specifically for students in Grades 1 through 3.

Design and develop instructional activities that are fully aligned with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) framework to enhance student learning outcomes.

Observe and evaluate the advancement of learners, offering prompt feedback to facilitate their development.

Ensure precise documentation of learner attendance, performance metrics, and developmental progress.

Foster an atmosphere characterized by positivity, inclusivity, and intellectual stimulation within the classroom setting.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance learner wellbeing and academic performance.

Engage actively in school-wide events, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance both personal growth and institutional effectiveness.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with proven expertise and relevant experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a robust academic background or equivalent practical knowledge, complemented by extensive hands-on experience in key responsibilities. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to excel in this dynamic role, where adaptability and attention to detail are paramount. Holds active Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration or meets the eligibility criteria for registration.
