What You’ll Do

The role involves managing and coordinating corporate taxi services, which encompass Little Cab services, airport transfers, car hire arrangements, and processing payments to associated vendors.
Responsible for monitoring and documenting daily stock fluctuations while assisting with monthly stock audits and reconciliation tasks.
Monitoring corporate cab and staff transport usage, as well as assisting with fleet maintenance coordination, swap reconciliations, and vehicle availability tracking, are critical responsibilities of this role.
Promptly report any accidents, incidents, or breakdowns to ensure fleet uptime, and follow up as directed to facilitate timely resolution.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, Finance, and technical teams, you will facilitate timely order fulfillment while promptly escalating any delays, damages, or incidents to the appropriate stakeholders.
Responsibilities include compiling and filing essential logistics documentation, such as delivery notes, waybills, fuel records, repair documents, and expense-related support materials, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
To uphold compliance, all logistics operations must adhere to established transport, fleet management, and safety regulations, which involves confirming that drivers, riders, and vehicles possess current licenses, insurance coverage, and required statutory documentation prior to being deployed.
Enhancing incident reporting, audit processes, and compliance evaluations through the meticulous maintenance of precise and current documentation ensures operational integrity and regulatory adherence.

Requires proficiency in Excel and reporting, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in all documentation tasks.
Proficient in clear, concise communication and effective collaboration, adept at juggling diverse tasks and competing deadlines with precision and efficiency.
Demonstrates adaptability to accommodate varied scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends as required.
Prior experience collaborating with transport vendors or drivers is advantageous, as is familiarity with supporting inventory movements and logistics documentation.
