Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems, encompassing both water supply and drainage infrastructure.
Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and associated plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
Diagnose and address a variety of plumbing problems, including leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions, ensuring efficient resolution and optimal system performance.
You will be responsible for analyzing and explaining technical drawings and blueprints to facilitate installations and tenant fit-outs.
Consistently uphold adherence to all health, safety, and building regulations to maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
Maintain detailed documentation of all plumbing activities, generate comprehensive reports, and oversee the inventory management of tools, fittings, and consumables.
Facility operations are supported by overseeing water system functionality, aiding in routine maintenance tasks, and coordinating with external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Perform daily inspections, document water consumption, prepare and submit maintenance reports, and facilitate seamless shift transitions while ensuring risk reporting compliance.
Required Specifications
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in plumbing or a closely related maintenance field is required.
Performed duties at the Artisan I level or a comparable capacity, delivering high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to established standards and procedures.
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of plumbing infrastructure, including drainage mechanisms and water supply systems.
Proficient in reviewing and comprehending technical drawings and blueprints is essential.
Skilled in diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions with a methodical approach.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and maintaining a high level of fitness to support manual labor requirements.
