Oversee a range of critical tasks encompassing the core functions and operational duties associated with the role. Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain organizational integrity and efficiency. Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair tasks on plumbing systems, encompassing both water supply and drainage infrastructure.
Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing infrastructure to ensure proper functionality and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Diagnose and resolve a variety of plumbing-related problems, including leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions.
Responsible for translating technical drawings and blueprints to facilitate installations and tenant fit-outs.
Maintain adherence to all health, safety, and building regulations without exception.
Maintain meticulous documentation of plumbing activities, generate detailed reports, and oversee the inventory of tools, fittings, and consumable materials.
Facility operations support encompasses overseeing water systems, aiding in routine maintenance tasks, and managing associated service providers.
Perform daily inspections, document water consumption data, file maintenance reports, and facilitate seamless shift transitions while ensuring thorough risk reporting.
Required Specifications
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in plumbing or a comparable maintenance position is required.
Performed duties in the capacity of Artisan I or a comparable position, executing essential tasks with precision and expertise.
Proficient in plumbing systems, drainage solutions, and water supply infrastructure, with a comprehensive understanding of their design, functionality, and integration.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings and blueprints with precision and accuracy.
Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing issues and developing effective solutions through analytical thinking and technical expertise.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and maintaining a high level of physical fitness, with proficiency in manual labor.
