Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Law, specifically an LLB, is required for this position.
Holders of a Postgraduate Diploma in Law awarded by the Kenya School of Law are eligible to apply.
With a minimum of three years’ experience in post-admission roles within a high-volume Commercial Law Firm or the Banking Sector, you will bring a strong foundation of expertise to this position.
Requires expertise in litigation management, contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing the banking sector.
A comprehensive grasp of banking operations, securities regulations, and debt recovery laws is essential.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of banking regulations to guarantee institutional compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines.
Proficiency in managing litigation databases, document management systems, and producing precise legal contracts and reports is essential.
