To fulfill this role, the successful candidate will be tasked with advancing the strategic objectives of the organization, ensuring alignment with overarching goals and fostering innovation across key operational areas. The incumbent will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and sustainable competitive advantage. Additionally, they will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability, performance optimization, and the successful execution of critical projects.

The Senior RPA Developer plays a pivotal technical role in designing, developing, and sustaining sophisticated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and bolster operational efficiency throughout the company’s insurance divisions—Life, Pensions, and Medical. This position harnesses advanced RPA platforms and programming proficiencies to implement scalable, dependable, and high-performance automation bots. Responsibilities span RPA development, bot refinement, technical assistance, and corporate governance, while championing a culture rooted in innovation, accuracy, and teamwork.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as business administration, finance, or accounting is required. Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or corporate finance sector, is essential. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools are necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also required.

A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Professionally preferred are advanced credentials such as the UiPath RPA Developer Advanced, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or Blue Prism Developer certifications.

Professionals should possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, software engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.

Demonstrated success in sectors such as insurance, financial services, or technology-driven industries, preferably with hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.

RPA Proficiency: Extensive background in designing and implementing automated bots capable of handling processes that manage 500,000 transactions or more, or which yield substantial operational benefits.

Proven experience collaborating effectively within agile teams, particularly on automation initiatives.

Demonstrates a strong grasp of regulatory compliance protocols essential for navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional operational landscapes.
