We are seeking applications for the position identified by the reference number CIH-HR-05/2026. This role will be critical in supporting our human resources functions, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in talent management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, experience with HR information systems and a strong understanding of organizational development principles are required. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The successful applicant will also collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will serve as the Principal’s delegate, providing leadership and overseeing the Institution’s operations while managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the assigned campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of academic programs, supervising staff, enhancing student support services, maintaining operational efficiency, upholding compliance with institutional and regulatory standards, and advancing the Institute’s strategic goals.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing expert guidance and fostering productive relationships. Maintain rigorous adherence to compliance, safety protocols, and quality assurance benchmarks. Monitor performance metrics to assess progress and implement corrective actions as needed to sustain high standards of excellence.

Deliver strategic direction and oversee the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus.

Support the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional objectives. Additionally, manage academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to uphold high-quality training and foster an exceptional student experience.

Foster a culture of professionalism, discipline, accountability, and exceptional customer service to enhance the overall student experience throughout the campus.

Oversee departmental leaders, training personnel, and support staff to guarantee optimal service delivery and operational performance.

Facilitate the expansion of student enrollment by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, cultivating partnerships, and executing community engagement initiatives across the campus catchment area.

Ensure the appropriate use, upkeep, and protection of training facilities, educational resources, and institutional assets.

Ensure adherence to VET regulatory mandates and institutional quality assurance frameworks, such as the Quality Management System standards outlined in ISO 9001:2015.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in relevant programming languages, software tools, and project management methodologies is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to assess complex systems and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication abilities are also required to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical. Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, candidates should bring a proven background to this role.

Seasoned professionals adept at leadership, clear communication, and meticulous organization are highly encouraged to apply. Proficiency in guiding teams, articulating ideas effectively, and managing tasks with precision is essential for success in this role. Candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to inspire and direct others while maintaining structured workflows and operational efficiency.

Demonstrated expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) systems as well as administrative software and platforms is required.

Proficiency in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or hospitality education will be considered an additional benefit.
