A bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, such as Actuarial Science, Bachelor of Commerce in Insurance, or Business Administration, is required.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in sales management and business development within the insurance sector is required, with a strong preference for candidates possessing 5 to 6 years specifically in General Insurance and who have held a managerial position throughout this period.
Qualified candidates should hold an ACID, a Diploma in Insurance from the UK, an AII, or a Diploma in Insurance from Kenya, with evidence of strong advancement in either qualification.
Education
A Higher Diploma in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is required.
