We are currently seeking a Human Resources professional to fill the position identified by the reference number CIH-HR-05/2026. This role is designed to support our organizational objectives through strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a productive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing employee policies, and overseeing performance evaluation systems to enhance workforce efficiency and engagement. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals, as well as providing guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.

The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will serve as the Principal’s delegate, offering leadership and governance over the Institution while managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the designated campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of academic programs, staff supervision, student support services, and operational effectiveness, as well as maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role plays a key part in advancing the Institute’s strategic goals.

Oversee and execute key responsibilities including managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with broader business strategies and provide regular performance reports to track progress against established KPIs. Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth among team members. Additionally, identify and mitigate risks, resolve operational challenges, and support the development of talent within the organization.

Demonstrate leadership while overseeing the ongoing academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus.

Support the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional objectives. Additionally, supervise academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to uphold high-quality training and foster a positive student experience.

Uphold professionalism, instill discipline, deliver exceptional customer service, and cultivate a positive student experience throughout the campus.

To oversee departmental heads, trainers, and support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and the optimization of operational efficiency.

Facilitate the expansion of student enrollment by implementing strategic marketing efforts, fostering collaborative partnerships, and driving community engagement initiatives within the designated campus catchment area.

Responsible for the appropriate use, upkeep, and protection of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets.

Ensure adherence to VET regulatory standards while maintaining institutional quality assurance frameworks, specifically those aligned with the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience is necessary, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are needed to interact effectively with stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy are required. Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance is expected. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting is important. Prior experience with financial reporting and budgeting is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of relevant experience to this role.

Strong leadership, excellent communication, and well-developed organizational capabilities are essential for this role.

Demonstrated expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) along with administrative systems is required.

Proficiency in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education is advantageous.
