Administration

Duties include overseeing all travel and administrative tasks related to medieval and referral cases in Nairobi, working closely with the Travel team to ensure smooth operations.

Upon arrival, staff must receive critical orientation covering essential topics such as visa protocols (including ETA requirements), local retail and service providers, currency exchange procedures, and safety protocols, all coordinated in partnership with the ASA unit.

Coordinate with the MSF Sections and OC travel focal points to clarify travel requirements and obtain guidance as needed.

Ensure comprehensive tracking and meticulous documentation of all travel-related activities, movements, and critical data.

Conditions and Benefits:

The position is based at the Médecins sans frontières (MSF) Eastern Africa office in Nairobi, Kenya.

We are currently seeking a full-time, open-ended contract position.

Available for an immediate start.

An annual salary of EUR 18,476, aligned with HQ Grade 6, is offered for a full-time position, with a yearly increment of 2% applicable for up to a decade.

You will receive a monthly financial benefit for work-life balance, ranging from EUR 247 to EUR 295, which varies according to your individual and administrative circumstances. This allocation can be applied toward expenses such as accommodation, utilities, transportation, and other related costs.
