The position will be responsible for ensuring the quality of timber installation and managing the internal team that performs tasks such as timber cladding, waterproofing, ceiling installation, trims, protection systems, and finishing work.
Proven expertise in designing and constructing exposed external timber frameworks, along with comprehensive knowledge of waterproofing techniques, is a fundamental requirement for this role.
Responsibilities
Examine timber constructions in alignment with provided drawings, ensuring conformity to specified dimensions, geometry, structural levels, and connection configurations.
Proactively detect installation discrepancies at the earliest opportunity and oversee the implementation of necessary remedial actions to ensure project continuity and adherence to specifications.
Oversee site teams and coordinate the sequence of installations.
