Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and enhance productivity across departments. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment with company objectives while monitoring progress through KPIs and performance metrics. Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and cost efficiencies to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and staff, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and adherence to corporate standards. Additionally, mentor and develop team members through targeted coaching, training programs, and career development plans to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Skilled oversee the identification and recruitment of Agents, focusing on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
Achieve the prescribed call rate by systematically visiting SOS and agents in accordance with the established route plans (beat plans).
Provide all necessary transaction tools at SSO and agent outlets and deliver comprehensive training to SOS and Trash Agents on operational processes.
AML training and development initiatives involve educating agents on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols and guiding Security and Safety Officers (SOS) through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, specifically as it pertains to SIM REG compliance.
Monitor and maintain float and stock coverage while ensuring effective enforcement of the 1.5x stock rule for agents. Verify that Sales Support Officers (SOS) are consistently equipped with sufficient stock SIMs to facilitate seamless new registrations and activations.
Merchandising professionals will establish and uphold merchandising guidelines by ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SOS and Agent outlets.
