Job Purpose

This position entails promoting and overseeing the distribution of communication solutions—including airtime, SIM cards, mobile financial services, and devices—to resellers and distributors across the designated territory. Drive customer acquisition campaigns to attain established customer base targets effectively.

Develop and execute channel-specific strategies in alignment with organizational objectives for Account Sales Officers, Strategic Sales Officers, and Agencies.

Drive site profitability targets within the assigned territory through targeted, site-specific activities and strategic programs.

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the people capability agenda, ensuring its implementation across all levels, including TDRs, DSO’s, and Commandos.

To uphold customer expectations pertaining to service standards and product expertise, both within our own retail locations and those of our partners.

Develop and implement strategies to analyze competitors’ actions while preparing effective countermeasures to maintain a competitive edge.

Compile and deliver reports in accordance with established schedules or as specified by management.
