The Role

The objective is to onboard between 10 and 15 new partners each quarter.

HR Compliance & Turnaround Time – 95% of HR processes, including contracts, confirmations, payroll updates, and leave records, must be completed with accuracy and within the established timescales. The objective is to achieve a minimum of 95% on-time completion while ensuring zero breaches of statutory compliance.

Prospective candidates will be responsible for tracking and reporting the number of graduates who successfully complete career readiness sessions. This metric is essential for evaluating the effectiveness of career preparation programs and ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Accurate data collection and analysis will support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in student outcomes.

Delivered tailored support in resume writing, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimization, contributing to a measurable increase in employment confidence. The goal was for 90% of graduates within each cohort to receive coaching.

We aim to achieve a data completeness rate of at least 85% for graduate employment status updates in our tracking database, with records captured at the 3-, 6-, and 12-month milestones. Our objective is to maintain this minimum threshold of 85% or higher for each cohort cycle.
