SSO & Agent Recruitment & Mapping – Responsible for identifying and recruiting Agents, with a focus on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
Regularly conduct visits to SOS and Agents as per predetermined route plans (beat plans) to maintain established call rates.
Provide all necessary transaction tools for both SSO and agent locations, alongside training SOS and Trash Agents on the proper usage of these tools and processes.
Conduct comprehensive AML (Anti-Money Laundering) training for agents while educating SOS (Service & Support Officers) on KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols, specifically in alignment with SIM REG requirements.
Float and stock cover, as well as sales, must be carefully monitored to ensure compliance with the 1.5x stock rule for agents. Additionally, it is essential to verify that Stock Sales Officers (SOS) maintain sufficient stock SIMs available for new registrations and activations.
Develop and uphold merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of all required materials at SSO and Agent outlets.
