SSO & Agent Recruitment & Mapping: Responsible for identifying and recruiting Agents, focusing on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores, with careful oversight of the entire process.
Conduct regular visits to SOS and Agents in accordance with prearranged route plans (beat plans) to ensure consistent call rates.
Provide all necessary tools for processing transactions at SSO and agent outlets, along with training SOS and Trash Agents on the corresponding procedures.
