We are responsible for equipping SSO and agent outlets with all necessary tools required for seamless transactions, alongside providing comprehensive training to SOS and Trash Agents on operational processes.

Conduct anti-money laundering (AML) training sessions to educate agents on AML protocols and suspicious transaction reporting obligations, alongside instructing staff on Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as they pertain to SIM REG compliance.

Monitor and maintain sufficient inventory levels while overseeing sales activities, rigorously applying the 1.5x stock rule for agents to ensure optimal availability. Additionally, verify that Sales Support Officers (SOS) possess adequate SIM card stock to facilitate seamless new registrations and activations.

Develop and uphold merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SOS and Agent outlets.

Candidates must possess robust academic credentials and relevant professional experience to qualify for this role. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, alongside substantial experience in a comparable position. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees and specialized certifications that align with the role’s demands.
