Job purpose

Our primary responsibility involves conducting channel visits to enhance retailer awareness and improve SIM and Float turnaround times, ensuring meticulous attention to visibility and merchandising at the point of purchase for SOS and Trash agents.

Oversee and execute the primary duties associated with this role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Deliver consistent, high-quality performance in core functions while maintaining adherence to established protocols and best practices. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Address challenges proactively, leveraging analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to drive efficient and innovative solutions. Stay current with evolving trends, regulations, and technologies relevant to the position to enhance operational effectiveness and strategic contributions.

SSO & Agent Recruitment & Mapping – Proactively oversee the identification and recruitment of Agents, focusing on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores to expand our network reach.

Visit SOS and Agents on a consistent basis, adhering to the predefined route plans (beat plans) to ensure systematic and timely coverage.

We are responsible for supplying all necessary tools to facilitate transactions at SSO and agent outlets, in addition to conducting training sessions for SOS and Trash Agents on operational procedures.

AML training and certification programs involve educating agents on anti-money laundering (AML) protocols while also instructing staff responsible for know-your-customer (KYC) procedures as they pertain to SIM REG compliance.

Float and stock management responsibilities include monitoring and rigorously enforcing the 1.5x stock rule for agents, while ensuring Service Sales Officers (SOS) maintain sufficient stock of SIM cards to support seamless new registrations and activations.

Develop and uphold merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SOS and Agent outlets.

Seeking candidates with a strong academic foundation and relevant professional experience are essential for this role.
