Role Purpose
This position will be accountable to the Business Analysis and Business Architecture function, collaborating with Business Analysts and Transformation teams to identify organizational requirements, assess process workflows, and participate in the execution of change management initiatives across the enterprise. The intern will facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams by collecting detailed specifications, recording process documentation, and aiding in the formulation of solution designs.

Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and project teams to ensure analysis outputs are seamlessly incorporated into project delivery, thereby facilitating successful implementation and the realization of value.

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant discipline, including International Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education or child development, is required, along with a valid teaching certification. Additionally, prior experience working with children in a classroom or similar setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments. Familiarity with curriculum development and educational technology is a plus.

Demonstrated proficiency in organization and multitasking is essential to effectively oversee a diverse range of responsibilities, including administrative functions, meeting logistics, and document handling.
Skilled in fostering clear and effective communication, with a strong aptitude for building constructive relationships across varied teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside experience with collaborative platforms such as SharePoint or Jira, is strongly preferred.
