The primary duties involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth. Participating in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and adherence to established standards. Overseeing budget management, resource allocation, and performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency. Facilitating communication between departments to align objectives and foster a collaborative work environment. Assist in the development and implementation of technology training initiatives to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement among participants.

Develop and oversee collaborative relationships with training providers while administering certification procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Facilitate the administration and seamless operation of e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

Deliver assistance in the execution of cybersecurity consultancy initiatives to enhance organizational security posture and mitigate potential threats.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration platforms is required.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain meticulous organization, and manage records with precision and efficiency.
