The primary responsibilities of this position involve designing, developing, and commercializing product propositions and platforms that provide comprehensive solutions to clients of Caritas Microfinance Bank, as well as stakeholders within the church ecosystem in the designated religious sector of Institutional Banking. Additionally, the role encompasses overseeing the performance of these products across their lifecycle, with a focus on maximizing customer value and return on investment.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties that encompass critical operational and strategic functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to drive project execution. Develop and implement innovative policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management. Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth. Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and enhance overall operational excellence.

Monitor credit facilities and deposits to maintain PAR (Portfolio at Risk) on all loan portfolios below established thresholds, ensuring renewals, extensions, and cancellations are proactively initiated and processed prior to maturity dates.

Maintain an effective call program for all assigned customers and prospects.

Gathering comprehensive market intelligence entails analyzing local competition, available products, and service standards to identify key trends and opportunities.

Ensure timely collection of arrears on standard and watch-list accounts to sustain high-quality loan portfolios.

Oversee and manage a comprehensive database containing all client information within the marketing office’s portfolios.
