What you will do

Deliver first and second-level technical support for ICT services, resolving hardware, software, system, and network-related issues promptly to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.

Support, maintain, and optimize LAN/WAN infrastructures, Wi-Fi networks, servers, storage solutions, backup systems, and end-user devices to uphold reliable, secure, and high-performing ICT operations.

Incident & Problem Resolution: Oversee incidents from initial detection through resolution, ensuring precise record-keeping, and conducting thorough root cause analyses to reduce the recurrence of issues.

Responsibilities include managing the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of ICT assets and applications, as well as ensuring security compliance and overseeing lifecycle management. This role requires overseeing the full spectrum of hardware, software, and asset administration to maintain optimal performance and adherence to organizational standards.

Administer user accounts, manage access rights, oversee backups, and maintain enterprise applications while ensuring strict compliance with ICT security policies and data protection standards.

User Training & Continuous Improvement: Design and deliver user training programs, create comprehensive technical documentation, generate detailed performance reports, and provide support for ICT projects, system upgrades, and service enhancement initiatives.

What we need

A relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a closely related discipline is required.

A solid grasp of networking principles, operating systems, hardware, software, and ICT infrastructure is essential.

Proven expertise in ICT support, troubleshooting methodologies, and service desk operations is required.

Proficiency in LAN/WAN infrastructures, wireless networking technologies, endpoint security protocols, and backup solutions is required.

Proficient in identifying and resolving technical issues with speed and precision.

Strong documentation, communication, and customer service skills.

Proven capability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage incidents efficiently, and adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs). Demonstrated dedication to upholding data security, maintaining strict confidentiality, and fostering continuous improvement.
