We seek an accomplished recruitment specialist with a proven track record in end-to-end hiring operations, committed to providing outstanding service to clients and candidates alike.

In this position, your responsibilities will encompass leading and executing various project initiatives from inception to completion. You will be tasked with coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. Additionally, your duties will include identifying process improvements, implementing strategic solutions, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.

Overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle across various clients and positions, from initial sourcing to final placement, ensuring each step aligns with organizational objectives and client expectations.

Collaborating closely with hiring managers, we assess organizational workforce requirements and delineate precise job specifications to ensure optimal talent acquisition.

We recruit candidates by leveraging job boards, social media platforms, databases, and professional networks to identify top talent efficiently.

Responsibilities include reviewing CVs, performing interviews, and evaluating candidates’ qualifications to determine their fit for the role.

We curate and present a shortlist of top candidates to clients, ensuring seamless communication channels to facilitate valuable feedback throughout the selection process.

Facilitating the scheduling of interviews between applicants and hiring managers is a key responsibility of the role. This involves managing correspondence, aligning availability, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the interview process.

Maintain precise candidate records utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

Cultivating and maintaining high-caliber talent pipelines is essential to achieving long-term organizational success. This involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective candidates to ensure a steady flow of skilled professionals for current and future roles. The role demands a strategic approach to talent acquisition, fostering relationships with potential hires, and aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives to secure top-tier talent efficiently.

Remaining current with evolving recruitment trends and industry best practices is essential to ensure alignment with effective hiring strategies and methodologies.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline is necessary, along with three to five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Django is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are also required. Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and version control systems like Git is preferred. Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting technical specifications are mandatory.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required for this role.

3+ years of experience in the fields of recruitment or talent acquisition.

Proficiency in recruitment or HR consulting environments presents an advantageous criterion for consideration.

Proven expertise in recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices is essential.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, collaborate seamlessly with team members, and maintain meticulous organizational practices.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is essential.

Capable of effectively balancing diverse responsibilities and priorities amid a dynamic, high-pressure setting.

Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and prioritizing client needs are essential for success in this role.
