Seeks candidates experienced in managing recruitment processes and facilitating effective onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.

Oversee the planning and implementation of recruitment initiatives, facilitate candidate interviews, and manage the selection procedures.

Draft employment agreements and related records for new hires while ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with legal and company standards.

Lead orientation and integration initiatives for new staff members, ensuring comprehensive delivery of induction and onboarding programs.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and personnel files.

Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions to ensure fair and consistent resolution while maintaining workplace standards and compliance with company policies.

Uphold adherence to established company regulations and relevant labor legislation to maintain organizational integrity and legal conformity.

Foster a high level of employee involvement and ensure the well-being of staff through dedicated programs and support measures.

Responsibilities include facilitating the resolution of conflicts and fostering a harmonious workplace environment.

Compile payroll data such as attendance records, overtime hours, leave balances, and applicable deductions for processing.

Ensure meticulous management of payroll data and employee documentation.

Facilitate the systematic evaluation of employee performance through structured appraisals.

Track employee performance metrics and ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.

Implement performance improvement plans where necessary.

Assess the training requirements for all staff members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.

You will be responsible for organizing and overseeing both internal and external training initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational development.

Facilitate initial onboarding sessions and periodic retraining programs for employees.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities and workflows of the department or team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks.

Ensure all personnel maintain appropriate grooming, hygiene, and compliance with established company guidelines.

Assign responsibilities and oversee the fulfillment of delegated tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Ensure proper shift handovers.

To ensure service quality and customer satisfaction are consistently maintained, this role involves regular evaluation and oversight of service delivery standards.

Provide assistance to departments during periods of high operational demand to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.

Maintain adherence to all operational procedures and standard operating protocols to uphold regulatory and organizational standards.

Perform periodic assessments of the workplace environment to ensure ongoing compliance with established safety and operational standards.

Ensure strict compliance with established health and safety protocols and regulations.

Identify operational challenges and propose solutions for resolution.

Compile and distribute weekly and monthly HR and operational reports to relevant stakeholders.

Track and document instances of absenteeism, disciplinary measures, staff turnover, and operational incidents for comprehensive reporting and analysis.

Ensure meticulous documentation for managerial assessment and strategic decision-making.
