Mission Description

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager for East Africa within the Human Resources division, the Talent Manager is instrumental in advancing the company’s growth by identifying, nurturing, and retaining top-performing talent.

Drive the recruitment process for senior and critical positions, simultaneously cultivating robust talent pipelines and advancing compelling attraction and selection strategies.

Design and craft talent development programs, encompassing learning initiatives, career progression pathways, competency models, and digital learning platforms, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational objectives.

Spearhead leadership development and succession planning initiatives by proactively identifying and cultivating high-potential employees to ensure organizational continuity and growth.

Oversee the performance management cycle and provide guidance to managers in establishing objectives, delivering feedback, and facilitating professional development through coaching.

To foster a more engaged workforce, strengthen retention rates, and cultivate a positive organizational culture—with a particular emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives—we are committed to implementing strategic programs and policies.

Assist in developing and implementing competitive compensation strategies while overseeing strategic external collaborations with universities, agencies, and training providers, encompassing employer branding initiatives.

Profile

Master’s degree in human resources management / Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development

Seasoned professionals with deep proficiency in talent acquisition, growth, and guidance across the full span of talent management and development.

Accomplished stakeholder engagement and exceptional communication abilities are essential for this role.

Proficient in workforce planning and HR analytics, with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and optimize staffing strategies.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
