Act as the central technical liaison between our organization and the merchants, along with their technical teams, by functioning as the primary technical contact throughout the integration process.
To grasp user requirements and articulate solutions that address their business and technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to educate customers on technical feasibility and potential solutions.
Interact regularly with users via email, telephone, and Zoom or comparable platforms to address inquiries and provide support.
Enhance and streamline the documentation and operational workflows for both internal and external stakeholders across multiple product lines to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistency in all processes.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to enhance tools and processes, aiming to improve the efficiency of self-service options, the precision of our recommendations, and the overall quality of service provided to merchants.

Demonstrated ability to adhere to a rotating shift schedule, including assignments outside conventional business hours.
A solid grasp of technical systems and the capacity to convey that expertise to assist merchants are essential.
Individuals should possess a robust background and hands-on experience with a diverse range of switch systems, including MSDK, Base24, ACI, and Banker/Paying, alongside a strong technical foundation in banking operations, specifically within the domains of payments and card issuance.
Driven by a strong sense of curiosity and initiative, the ideal candidate will collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across various departments to provide outstanding assistance to our merchant partners.
The capacity for independent organization and proactive initiative in recognizing opportunities for enhancement.
The capacity to cultivate robust connections with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.
Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and impactful written communication, along with articulate verbal expression in English.
A solid grasp of multiple programming languages, including Python and JavaScript, is required.
Authorization to work legally in the country of residence is required.
