Job Purpose:

We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a proactive Account Manager to foster and sustain robust, long-term partnerships with designated clients. This position entails collaborating with key business stakeholders, discerning client requirements, and acting as the primary liaison. You will collaborate closely with customers and various internal teams to guarantee the punctual and effective execution of solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business expansion.

Oversee a comprehensive set of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies that align with company goals while fostering a productive and compliant work environment. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project completion, monitor progress against key performance indicators, and address any deviations through proactive problem-solving. Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance business performance. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices while maintaining transparency in reporting and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and prior experience in a client-facing role are essential requirements.

Confirm that the Terms of Reference (Tors) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) outlined in the contract are fulfilled in accordance with established expectations.

Proactively oversee and manage the timely renewal of contracts for all contracted staff members to maintain operational continuity and compliance with organizational policies.

Ensure that all contracted staff at the Client utilize their allocated leave within the designated contract periods.

Maintain a comprehensive electronic database containing all records of contracted staff assigned to your account.

Ensure all employee files under your management are complete with required documentation and consistently updated in the relevant systems.

Create and implement structured schedules and establish clear deadlines for performance reviews.

You will consistently evaluate staff performance, providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure excellence in their roles.

Handle matters with third parties as authorized by the MD.

Responsible for overseeing and executing payroll processing tasks, ensuring the accurate and timely disbursement of employee compensation. Maintains all payroll records and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Prepares and submits payroll tax filings, as well as year-end tax documents, such as W-2s and 1099s. Collaborates with HR and accounting departments to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and streamline processes. Requires proficiency in payroll software, strong attention to detail, and adherence to strict deadlines.

Ensure all contracted staff under your purview are appropriately registered and compliant with PIN, NSSF, and NAIF requirements through follow-up actions.

Maintain a centralized electronic database containing all contracted staff records associated with your designated account.

You will collaborate seamlessly with various departments, particularly HR and Accounts, to address employee relations, payroll processing, and matters concerning the preparation of fee notes.

Verify that invoices and purchase orders are submitted promptly and diligently track payment status to ensure timely settlement.

Promptly notify management of any recruitment requests received from clients and oversee the timely filling of vacant positions.

Each month, compile and submit an updated payroll list for all employees assigned to designated accounts by the 15th.

Maintains positive employee relations and ensures overall welfare by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a supportive work environment.

Monthly, the chair schedules and leads contracted staff meetings at the station, subsequently briefing management on the discussions and outcomes.

Address any staff complaints presented to you with professionalism and diligence.

Develop and execute comprehensive human resource management policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and operational efficiency.

Offer guidance and suggestions regarding disciplinary measures to ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards.

Maintain a secure and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols and adhering to industry regulations.

Facilitate the planning and coordination of staff meetings by establishing schedules, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made in a timely manner.

Address employee concerns and disputes in strict adherence to established organizational procedures and guidelines.

Identify employees exhibiting risky behaviors or reputational concerns, and implement measures to monitor their progress while providing necessary coaching and guidance. Additionally, ensure timely and accurate reporting of these situations to relevant stakeholders.

Mitigate potential financial and operational losses for SLMC and its clients through vigilant oversight and proactive risk management strategies.

You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established procedures, participating in risk control meetings, and offering appropriate training recommendations when necessary.

Duties may also encompass additional tasks as determined by management from time to time.

Track and analyze essential metrics to evaluate performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Measure progress against predetermined targets, identifying trends and areas requiring attention. Report findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. Regularly review and update KPIs to reflect evolving business priorities and market conditions.
