What we’re looking for:
With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience—ideally within large-scale hospitality settings—you bring a deep understanding of the industry’s demands and dynamics.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related discipline, complemented by either the Certified Human Resources Professional – Knowledge (CHRIS) credential or the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, is required.
Experienced in Kenyan labor legislation and the Human Resource Management Information System (HRIS) is essential.
Aptitude for fostering positive interactions and mediating disputes with professionalism and tact.
