The recruitment and onboarding process involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. It includes developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting the most suitable applicants. Effective onboarding ensures a smooth transition for new hires, fostering long-term engagement and retention.

Facilitate the entire hiring lifecycle, encompassing recruitment strategies, interview execution, and candidate selection procedures.

Draft employment agreements and related documentation for staff members.

Develop and implement comprehensive staff induction and onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization.

Responsible for the accurate management and upkeep of employee records and personnel files.

Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues with professionalism and thoroughness, ensuring fair and consistent resolution while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Ensure adherence to all established company policies as well as applicable labor laws and regulations.

Foster a positive work environment by implementing and supporting programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and well-being.

Facilitate effective conflict resolution strategies to promote a harmonious and productive work environment.

Compile payroll data such as attendance records, overtime hours, leave balances, and applicable deductions for processing.

Ensure the precision and integrity of payroll records and employee documentation.

Facilitate the systematic evaluation of employee performance through structured appraisals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and professional development goals.

Oversee and evaluate employee performance and attendance metrics to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to established schedules.

Design and execute performance improvement plans as needed to address identified gaps and enhance employee productivity and effectiveness.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the training requirements of staff members.

We are responsible for organizing and facilitating both internal and external training initiatives.

Deliver both new hire orientation and periodic refresher training programs to ensure comprehensive onboarding and ongoing competency development for all personnel.

Oversee the day-to-day activities and ensure smooth functioning of operations.

Ensure staff consistently maintain high grooming and hygiene standards in alignment with company policies.

Distribute responsibilities and track the progress of delegated assignments to ensure timely completion.

Ensure meticulous and thorough shift handovers are conducted to maintain operational continuity and communication accuracy between outgoing and incoming teams.

Ensure ongoing evaluation of service standards and customer satisfaction levels to identify areas for enhancement and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Assist departments in managing heightened operational demands during peak periods.

Verify strict adherence to established operational procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.

Perform regular workplace inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards.

Ensure strict compliance with established health and safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Assess operational issues and propose solutions to address them.

Compile regular HR and operational reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Record instances of absenteeism, disciplinary actions, staff turnover rates, and operational incidents.

Ensure precise documentation is prepared and maintained for managerial evaluation.
