Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Lead and mentor a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation. Serve as the primary liaison between senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to align business strategies with evolving market demands. Proactively assist in managing and verifying flight reservations, hotel bookings, and activity arrangements. • Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and external service providers to confirm availability and facilitate seamless service delivery.
Prepare and distribute hotel vouchers, itineraries, quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations to the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized itineraries tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
Handle modifications to reservations, cancellations, special requests, and provide emergency assistance as needed.
Work collaboratively with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure that bookings align with established company processes.
Assist in maintaining current digital and physical files for all reservations and associated documentation.
Monitor service standards diligently, systematically collect client feedback, and actively contribute to process enhancement initiatives.
