Professional certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are highly desirable but not mandatory. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, or Clinical Medicine is required.
A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in hospital or healthcare management is required.
Proficient in healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital operations.
Strategically adept at planning, managing finances, and making informed decisions.
