Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Ensure adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and customer education for top-up procedures.

Works collaboratively with the Line Manager to create, implement, and track sales initiatives within the designated territory.

Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the acquisition and onboarding processes.

Tasked with compiling daily target achievement data, this role involves gathering, verifying, and organizing key performance metrics to ensure accuracy and completeness. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in analytical tools are essential to maintain high standards of precision in reporting.

Monitor and evaluate monthly trends in designated markets to identify key insights and patterns.

Compilation of custom reports will be undertaken on an as-needed basis to address specific requests.

We seek a candidate holding a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field and possessing a minimum of three years of direct experience in [specific role or industry].
