Patient registration, invoicing, and payment processing responsibilities encompass accurately collecting patient information, generating detailed invoices for services rendered, and efficiently managing all payment transactions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, precise data entry, and seamless coordination with insurance providers when necessary. Additionally, the position demands strong organizational skills to maintain up-to-date records, resolve billing discrepancies, and facilitate timely collections while providing exceptional customer service to patients regarding their financial obligations.

Accurate patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling must be maintained within the HIS, with strict verification of patient information, precise payment processing, and the correct application of ICD-11 coding standards.

Maintains the integrity and accuracy of records and data through meticulous management, ensuring compliance with established policies and regulatory standards. Oversees the systematic organization, storage, retrieval, and disposal of records while safeguarding sensitive information against unauthorized access or loss. Conducts periodic audits to verify data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, addressing discrepancies promptly. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement efficient record-keeping processes and improve data governance frameworks. Identifies and mitigates risks associated with data breaches or non-compliance, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Maintain meticulous and precise patient records, both manual and electronic, while ensuring all required reports are prepared and statutory documents—such as birth and death notifications—are managed in strict adherence to organizational policies and legal standards.

Patient Advocacy and Regulatory Adherence Specialist

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management software and industry-specific regulations is a plus.

Earn a recognized Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology from an accredited institution.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a high-paced healthcare environment is required.
