Job Summary
Rivet Software & Systems LTD seeks a proactive and dependable Onsite Technician to enhance our expanding team. The successful applicant will deliver onsite technical support, execute system installations and maintenance, perform troubleshooting, and assist customers with our software and hardware solutions.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Ensure adherence to established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, optimize processes, and achieve performance targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating transparent communication and resolving escalated issues promptly. Mentor and develop team members through targeted coaching, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives, cultivating a high-performing workforce.
Deliver in-person technical assistance and resolve issues on-site.
Install, deploy, configure, and provide ongoing upkeep for software and hardware infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsible for setting up new systems, managing configurations, and performing routine maintenance to support operational efficiency.
Provide clients with comprehensive assistance for system configuration and user support to ensure optimal functionality and satisfaction.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
Perform regular maintenance activities and system evaluations to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Provide user training on system operations as required.
Draft comprehensive technical reports and deliver timely progress updates to stakeholders.
Deliver consistently high-quality customer service while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field required. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in [industry/field] is essential.
